Terms & Conditions

Ticket Holders agree, if asked, to provide proof of age and/or personal identification at the entrance gates. Ticket Holders also agree that the Festival organizers (The Malcolm Group Events Ltd.), at their sole discretion and for any reason they deem reasonable and appropriate, have the right to refuse entry to anyone wishing to enter the Festival site, and the right to remove anyone from the Festival site at any time.

Ticket purchases are non-refundable. The Festival is open rain or shine from 10am to 6.00pm daily, unless canceled due to events or circumstances beyond the control of the organisers. Tickets may be used for any of the 3 day(s) of the Festival as described in the 'Ticket Information' printed on your ticket.

No Ticket Holder is permitted to record or reproduce pictures, video or sound of Englands Medieval Festival without the express written permission of the organisers.

Ticket holders give their express consent to the use of their actual or simulated likeness in connection with the production, exhibition, advertising and/or exploitation of any photos, film, video and/or audio recording of this event and/or any element thereof in any/all media throughout the world.

Tickets are sold subject to the organisers right to change, vary or cancel the scheduled activities and performances due to events or circumstances beyond their control without being obliged to refund monies.

Visitors attending the Festival do so at their own risk.

Vehicles are parked and left unattended at the risk of the owner.

Dogs are welcome, but must be kept on a leash at all times.
