* I/We agree to take and you to permit me/us to use a site for the purpose of selling the following items or services: Only those goods described on this form can be exhibited on or sold from your retail space. Failure to disclose your full product range could mean that you are asked to move after you have set-up. Pre-approval on menus and prices will be necessary at the time of booking. The booking will be accepted only if there is space available in one of the food areas for a unit to sell the agreed menu items listed below. All servers must be in some form of medieval costume or England's Medieval Festival T-shirt. Three T-shirts per concession will be supplied, with additional shirts available for £5.00 each. * I/We agree to be dressed in medieval costume or Festival T-shirt at all times while the Festival is open to the public. * I/We agree to be bound by both the Participants Regulations and Information found on this site and agree that I/we have read both these documents. Bookings: The cost for a concession is £900.00 payable in full upon application. VAT is not charged for this concession. Booking can be done online with a credit card or by mailed cheque . This entitles the concessionaire to have one unit on site for all three days. I have attended the Festival before. Are you on the Festival mailing list? How many running feet of display space do you require? How wide is your van and does your support vehicle have to be parked behind your van. If so how big is it and what is it? How did you hear about the Festival ? Any further comments or requests?
